VigiDrAI is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the use of this website, interruptions in service, presence of viruses or malware, or errors in the content.

The user is solely responsible for the use of the service and the chatbots configured through our platform.

5. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

VigiDrAI offers four subscription plans: Essentials ($9/mo), Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($59/mo) and Business ($129/mo), with annual billing options available at a discount. All plans include a 20-message free trial that does not require a payment method. Once the trial is exhausted, payment is required to continue using the service.

Multi-chatbot add-ons: Plans Starter and above support additional chatbots at an extra monthly cost per bot. When a chatbot add-on is cancelled, the chatbot remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew. No partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

Message credits reset each billing cycle. Unused messages do not carry over.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including plan subscriptions, chatbot add-ons and any other charges. Every user receives a 20-message free trial to evaluate the service before committing.

In the event of a technical issue, our team will work to resolve it through the support channel in the user dashboard. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

7. Account Deletion

Accounts inactive for more than 3 consecutive years (no payments or subscription renewals) may be permanently deleted, including all associated data. Users will be notified at least 15 days before deletion. Logging in or performing any account activity prevents deletion.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by European Union legislation, particularly the GDPR and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. For users outside the EU, applicable local consumer protection laws also apply. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.

9. Modifications

VigiDrAI reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on this website.
